Coconut & papaya juice

¼ cup of coconut milk from a cane (keep the rest of the cane for the porridge recipe)
½ papaya in cubes
3 frozen bananas
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 vanilla pod
2-3 ice cubes
1 tsp teaspoon of bee pollen
1 tsp of honey

Oquinoa Porridge

** Remember to put the cane of coconut milk at least 2 hours in the fridge at the best 24h **
2 cups cooked quinoa
2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp of coconut chips / flakes
2 tbsp tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 vanilla pod
3 tbsp of coconut oil

Place all ingredients in a pan and grill together for 10 minutes and set aside.

1 cup of coconut milk (open cane liquid to make duo juice)

1 tbsp of maple syrup

Heat over low for a few minutes and set aside.

6 to 8 papaya balls
1 fig cut in thin slices
2 cubes of silky tofu
1 tbsp of honey
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract



Place the quinoa mixture in a bowl, add the matcha mixture and decorate with
the whipped cream made from hard section of the coconut cane mix at ½ tsp. vanilla extract.
Add a few papaya balls, then next to a small dome place a cube of silky tofu, a slice of fresh fig and liquid honey on top.
