INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup of frozen raspberries

1 cup of kale - remove the tougher stalks

1 tablespoon of goji berries - previously soaked in warm water

1 tablespoon of organic cocoa powder

1/2 cup of orange juice


STEPS

In a blender, mix all the ingredients to a creamy texture.

Quinoa et kale salad

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of quinoa

1/2 cup of frozen raspberries

1/4 cup goji berries rinsed

2 green onions, chopped

5 large branches of blanched kale

half a red pepper, diced

finely chopped rosemary

1/2 teaspoon of salted herbs

2 cups of orange juice

3 tablespoons of olive oil


STEPS

1. Rinse quinoa under cold water, drain and pour into a saucepan with 2 cups of orange juice. Bring to boil.

2. Put at minimum heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until that orange juice is completely absorbed.

3. In a separate pot, boil water and dip the kale for 5 minutes, to make it more tender.

4. Chop the green onions, kale and red pepper then place in a bowl.

5. Add the quinoa, vegetables, rosemary, goji berries, olive oil and salted herbs.


TIPS

With the coming of autumn, you can prepare your own salted  with your last herbs from the garden.
